UK, England: Chaos reigned as rioting and looting swept across Britain over the past few days. Police and Government were left helpless, failing to protect innocent citizens, their homes and businesses from the havoc. A key factor in the streets falling to MOB RULE was the use of mobile phones to amass rioters in pre-determined locations.
