Cooking up the Debt Plan
USA: The US Government faces possible default on paying it’s bills if it fails to raise the debt ceiling by August 2nd. Republicans and Democrats can’t agree on how the debt plan will work - here’s Chef Obama on how he’s cooking up his special debt plan.
