Part II. ZIMBABWE. Mugabe commented that only God could remove him from the Presidency. If only God was a little less busy maybe he would have voted do something (?).

All voters had their fingers marked with red, and the people of Zimbabwe waited for the feared Operation Red Finger where non-voters would be easily recognized and persecuted.
